Black Friday and Cyber Monday 2023 promotions are here! Here are the offers announced for Aeroplan and Air Canada so far.
Cyber Monday - Discounts on Air Canada flights
On November 27, 2023 only, Air Canada is offering savings on flights thanks to :
- 25% discount on flights within Canada and the United States with the code CYBERNA
- 20% discount on flights to Mexico and the Caribbean with the code CYBERSUD
- $ 100 discount on Europe, Asia, South America, etc. with code 100CYBER
Up to 10X Aeroplan points on the Aeroplan eStore
Between November 23 and November 27, 2023, shop through the Aeroplan eStore portal with 250 Aeroplan retail partners and earn up to 10 bonus points per dollar spent. The multiplier varies according to the partner.
This is inaddition to the promotion of 10 bonus points per dollar spent on an Aeroplan credit card.
In short, if you have Aeroplan status and pay for a purchase with your Aeroplan credit card via the eStore from November 23 to 27, 2023, you will receive:

10 points per dollar spent with an Aeroplan credit card on the eStore
From November 23 to November 27, 2023, Aeroplan credit cardholders can earn 10 Bonus Points for every dollar spent in the eStore during Black Friday.
You must register on this page to take advantage of this offer. Do it today, so you don’t forget! You will then receive an email from Aeroplan confirming your enrollment in this promotion.
Then, between November 23 and 27, you’ll need to go to the eStore portal and charge your Aeroplan credit card for those precious bonus points.
Please note that American Express Business credit cards are excluded from this offer. The maximum Aeroplan points to be accumulated for this promotion is 25,000 points (purchases totalling $2,500).
Save on gift cards and eStore items
By redeeming your Aeroplan points for a gift card, you can save on the price in points until November 26, 2023. In total, you can save up to 7,000 points on the price of certain gift cards. This includes brands such as Apple, Costco, Best Buy, Walmart and many others.
If you’re looking to use your points on electronics instead, you could save up to 15% on the Aeroplan points price until November 26, 2023.
Is it worth it? According to Milesopedia’s Aeroplan point estimate, it’s always less valuable to use your points for gift cards or eStore items, even with the current Black Friday special offers. Usually, Aeroplan points are optimized when used to book flights.
That said, it’s up to you to assess where your needs and priorities lie right now.

Surprise bonus points on flight bookings with Air Canada
50 million Aeroplan points are available to Aeroplan members who book an Air Canada flight or vacation package between November 13 and November 26, 2023.
The 50,000,000 Aeroplan Bonus Points will be divided equally among all eligible Aeroplan Members who enrol in the offer and rebook during the offer period on eligible travel. You’re still guaranteed a surprise bonus of at least 1,000 Aeroplan points!
All you have to do is register on the Air Canada website (mandatory), then book your flight or vacation package on the Air Canada website. Read the fine print! The flights must be completed and then it takes 6 weeks for the shared points to be credited to the account.
