In the fall, the Mont-Tremblant mountain offers a breathtaking window on the magnificent colors of the Laurentians. Two Marriott hotels are located in the pedestrian village of Tremblant:
This article covers the Residence Inn Mont Tremblant Manoir Labelle. You can refer to this other article for The Westin Resort & Spa, Tremblant, Quebec.

Booking at Residence Inn Mont Tremblant Manoir Labelle
The Residence Inn chain dates back to the mid 1970s. Residence Inns use the slogan ” It’s not a room. It’s a Residence”. This clearly positions them for longer stays (Longer stays category at Bonvoy). Usually the rooms are larger to accommodate a full kitchenette area and are also designed in a “suite” style. These hotels also often have a swimming pool on site.

I particularly appreciate the Residence Inn chain of the Marriott Bonvoy Group for the following reasons:
- Most offer a kitchenette area that is often very complete, including a standard size refrigerator and a hot plate.
- Breakfast is usually included in the room rate.
- High speed internet is free.
This is the case with the Residence Inn Mont Tremblant Manoir Labelle.
Remember that we visited this hotel during the COVID period.

Location of Residence Inn Mont Tremblant Manoir Labelle
The Residence Inn Mont Tremblant Manoir Labelle is located 1h30 from Pierre Elliott Trudeau International Airport and in the heart of the village of Mont Tremblant.
All activities in the area are within walking distance.

Around the hotel
When you stay there, you’re in the heart of a pedestrian village environment at the foot of the magnificent Mont-Tremblant. There are many options, from mountain walking, cycling, golf, spa, skiing… depending on the season. The village also offers a wide variety of shopping and dining options.

As for us, we did a big hiking loop of 13 km from the foot of the mountain to its summit and back. The colours are breathtaking and the trail options are endless.
The only thing we don’t like is the proximity of the Circuit Mont-Tremblant. Also, our stay coincided with the 2020 Fall Classic. We could hear the continuous buzzing of these bolides, like a swarm of big bumblebees impossible to chase. In a bucolic setting, this auditory manifestation of human presence can be annoying and deprive one of a complete connection with Mother Nature…

We also took advantage of the nearby dining options to satisfy both our gastronomic and epicurean desires.
Of course, I also took advantage of the sunrise to do my solo jogging and swallow a 12K run, all in climbs and descents. I love morning runs in the middle of nature, especially on beautiful autumn mornings.

Lobby of Residence Inn Mont Tremblant Manoir Labelle
The main hall is very welcoming and warm, with its central natural gas fireplace with two armchairs and a beautiful table made of a tree trunk. On the right, there are two other armchairs with mini-tables, quite stylish and carved from a tree trunk.

A work center is also located in the lobby, as well as The Market offering the usual groceries.

The reception desk is on the left side of the lobby. Because of COVID, the employees are protected by two huge plexiglass panels. Having confirmed our check-in through chat, we were almost immediately recognized by the staff.

Our Suite at the Residence Inn Mont Tremblant Manoir Labelle
The hotel has 5 types of rooms:
- Studio : 1 queen size bed
- Studio : 2 queen size beds
- 1 bedroom suite: 1 queen size bed, sofa bed, fireplace, balcony
- 1 bedroom suite: 2 double beds, sofa bed, fireplace
- 2 bedroom duplex suite: 1 queen size bed, sofa bed, fireplace, balcony

Our room was a 1 bedroom suite: 2 double beds, sofa bed, fireplace, terrace. We had room 104 located on the ground floor of the hotel.

The Suite is quite large (59 m2) and the space division is very pleasant. Upon entering, we sawthe kitchenette area on the right, followed by a dining area, and then the lounge with fireplace in front of us. On the left, we found the bathroom and then to the rear left, the bedroom.
The maximum occupancy of the Suite is 6 people (2 double beds and a sofa bed) which can be a great advantage for families.
Kitchenette
The kitchenette area includes:
- Fully equipped kitchen
- Pantry
- Refrigerator
- Cooker
- Fume hood
- Oven
- Microwave oven
- Coffee maker
- Dishwasher
- Dish cleaning kit
- Silverware
- Pots, pans and dishes
- Plates and glasses

The space for preparing meals is relatively large, and a raised countertop even allows for meals or drinks to be taken on the other side of the kitchenette area. The overall look of the space is rather modern and it feels like a full apartment kitchen as everything is very functional, sufficiently airy, and uncluttered.
Dining room
The floor of the dining area as well as the lounge is covered with a dark marbled carpet. There is a round table and 4 comfortable dining chairs. The furniture and lighting are made of materials that imitate wood. This is a general theme in the suite, with the wood style giving a “chalet” look.

If there is no desk in the suite, the dining table can be used as a work table.
Lounge
The lounge, an extension of the dining room, has a large leather sofa bed with a folding table that can be placed under the sofa. A coffee table is also available for food, reading material or other items. An armchair is also available, expanding the relaxation options.

The lounge has a wood burning fireplace. It runs on ecological logs sold at the reception. Over the foyer is a 32-inch LCD SmartTV.

A large window that can be opened and a glass door leading to the terrace provide a nice natural light to the room. Also, being on the ground floor as well as the back of the hotel, we could see just outside a huge coniferous tree. It really made us feel like we were “in the woods”.

Bedroom
The bedroom is a closed room. This is something we particularly appreciate because some people prefer to go to bed or get up at different times. Thus, it is quite possible for everyone to go about their business while letting others (children or spouse) sleep.

Furthermore, in this case, the bathroom is located at an angle to the bedroom and dining room. The two rooms are connected directly through a door to the bathroom. Ideal to guarantee maximum sound or light insulation to those in the room.

Our room has two double beds. The darker coloured walls invite you to rest. The floor is covered with the same carpet as the lounge and dining room. The decoration evokes nature, with enlarged reproductions of a herbarium. A large window along the outside terrace provides natural light.

The bedside cabinets incorporate both conventional electrical outlets and the UBS outlets that are so useful in this day and age.

A three-drawer cabinet, in front of the beds (between the two beds, in fact), houses a 32-inch LCD SmartTV.

A wardrobe closet completes the storage space. The iron and ironing board are in this closet.

Bathroom
The bathroom has a standard toilet, a sink with a small countertop, a mirror and a bath-shower.

The visual signature of the bathroom is sober and adapted to the general style of the room (herbarium print, leaf, forest…).
Contrary to some hotels that follow the ecological approach regarding beauty products containers (shampoo, conditioner, liquid body soap), this hotel has individual containers.
As mentioned above, the bathroom offers 2 doors, one gives access to the bedroom while the other gives access to the dining room.

Terrace
As the Suite is located on the ground floor, the outdoor space is a terrace rather than a balcony. The space is not fenced and is accessible to all. You either like it or you don’t. Personally we liked it because the terrace gives a feeling of unconfined space. Plus, when I got back from my morning run, I was able to enter the suite directly from outside without going through the reception.

Overall impression of the Suite
Thisi is a very beautiful and large Suite. It can accommodate up to 6 people, and you can cook full meals. The general atmosphere evokes nature, relaxation and conviviality. It also allows for privacy between the occupants according to their schedules. We also really appreciated the terrace because although it is less intimate, it gives a feeling of freedom in nature. We would have liked to stay there… a few more nights!

Services at the Residence Inn Mont Tremblant Manoir Labelle
Parking
A large underground parking lot is available for a fee. In addition, two charging stations for electric cars are also available.

Breakfast
Unfortunately, during this COVID period, breakfasts are only offered in brown bags. You have to go and get them from the reception and come back to your room to eat them. That being said, it was still an interesting option with an egg, yogurt, cheese, croissant, jam, juice and an apple. For coffee, we used the coffee maker in the room.

Restaurant
Casey’s Bar and Grill was open. It is located on the side of the hotel and has a beautiful outdoor terrace.

Swimming pool
The hotel has an outdoor swimming pool and 2 whirlpools. However, at the time of our visit in September, they were all already winterized. However, the water features are attached to a nice outdoor fire pit.

Fitness room
The hotel has a fitness room.
Meeting room / receptions / wedding
The hotel offers 267 m² of event space, ideal for a conference, business meeting, reception or wedding.
Check-out
We had requested and obtained a late check-out for this stay. The check-out process is always very simple with Bonvoy and we have the option of receiving a copy of the invoice by email.
Our general impression of the hotel
The Residence Inn Mont Tremblant Manoir Labelle is a beautiful hotel located in the heart of the pedestrian village of Tremblant. This is a Residence Inn which is true to the brand, with its beautiful and large full kitchette area. Our suite was very pleasant and very well divided. We enjoyed being able to access the mountain directly from our hotel, as well as all the village facilities on foot.
