To the point
The Government of Canada has dressed a list of locations where you may have been exposed to COVID-19.
COVID-19 Exposures List
To inform you about your risk of exposure to COVID-19, the Government of Canada has dressed a list, gathering reports from:
- provincial and territorial health authorities
- international health authorities
- public websites

This list only reflects information provided AFTER July 20, 2020, for different modes of transportation:
- Domestic flight (within Canada)
- International flight
- Cruise ship
- Train
You will find the date, flight number and rows of seats particularly affected.
At the moment, 14 domestic flights are listed, mainly between Montreal and Toronto:

And 23 international flights, especially from Doha, London and Paris.

Conclusion
Most airlines notify passengers of a flight if a case of COVID-19 should be detected within days of arrival.
In any case, the implementation of such a list is appreciated and is an additional way to be well informed.
