The Scene+ loyalty program allows you to earn 3 Scene+ points per dollar on your Expedia bookings. With this Scene+ promotion, earn 6 points per dollar on Expedia bookings instead!
Book by November 4, 2023 and earn 6 Scene+ points for every $1 spent on :
- Hotel reservations
- Car rentals
Also, Scene+ members must stay in a hotel or rent a car between September 27, 2023 and January 31, 2024.
Additional points for this promotion will be added to the Scene+ member’s account immediately upon reservation.
Example of the Scene+ and Expedia promotion
On the Voyage Scene+ website offered by Expedia, choose your destination or car rental on the dates you want.
Then you’ll see the bonus points displayed next to the prices.
Scene+ bonus points have already been revealed.
For example, for a room with 2 double beds, the number of Scene+ points accumulated would be 2,142 ($357 X 6 points).
Such an expense made on the Scene+ Travel site offered by Expedia is considered a travel expense. Then it will allow Scene+ points to be used to deduct 1,000 Scene+ points for a $10 discount on the credit card balance.
In the above example, 2,142 Scene+ points could be used to deduct the room cost of $21.42.
It’s very easy to use Scene+ points for travel afterwards, as we’ve already demonstrated in another article.
To get these 6X Scène+ points, you don ‘t need to pay with a card linked to the Scène+ program, but you do get more Scene+ points!
For example, with the Scotiabank Visa Infinite* PassportMD* Card which gives 1 Scene+ point per dollar on travel spending, there will be 357 additional Scene+ points. The grand total will therefore be 2,499 Scène+ points:
- 2,142 Scene+ points earned by booking on Voyage Scene+ offered by Expedia
- 357 Scene+ points accumulated with this hotel reservation on the Scotiabank Visa Infinite* PassportTM* card.
It’s a good double hit of Scene+ points!
And you’ll earn even more points if you pay with a credit card that gives you more for travel expenses, like the BMO Ascend World Elite®*MasterCard®.

Bottom Line
The association between Expedia and Scène+ is little known. What’s more, this promotion is excellent, as it gives double the points usually accumulated.
As we can see with this promotion, however, this allows even more Scene+ points to be earned.
